The regions top chefs impress with sophisticated and innovative dining experiences and menus reflecting the culinary influences and ingredients of the regions from Wolfsburg in the north to the village Baiersbronn in the southwestern Black Forest. Chef Sven Elverfeld at his Restaurant Aqua located within the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Wolfsburg at the Volkswagen Autostadt factory delivery center (see Autostadt Wolfsburg) is the most recent addition to Germany’s Michelin landscape. Just south of Frankfurt in the town of Langen, the Restaurant Amador offers an unexpected culinary adventure. In the wine region along the winding scenic Mosel River, the Waldhotel Sonnora is the perfect luxury getaway.
